Media Advisory - Toronto, Ontario

Toronto, Ontario, August 4, 2021 – Members of the media are invited to attend an important infrastructure announcement in Toronto with the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Member of Parliament for Toronto—St. Paul's, on behalf of the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities; Robin Martin, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Health and Member of Provincial Parliament for Eglinton—Lawrence, on behalf of the Honourable Kinga Surma, Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure; and Deputy Mayor Michael Thompson on behalf of His Worship John Tory, Mayor of the City of Toronto.

Media and guests are asked to respect local physical distancing guidelines. Participants will be required to share their name and phone number for possible contact tracing. Wearing masks is recommended, especially when not able to maintain physical distance.
