Backgrounder: Protecting shorelines across Newfoundland and Labrador
Backgrounder
The federal government is investing $1.7 million through the Green Infrastructure Stream of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) to support ten adaptation projects across Newfoundland. The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is investing $2 million in these projects and the municipalities are contributing a combined $520,000 spread across their respective projects.
