Government of Canada to announce new funding to support community-driven projects in Northern BC

Prince George, BC – June 1, 2022 – The Honourable Harjit S. Sajjan, Minister of International Development and Minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada (PacifiCan) will announce funding to help improve community infrastructure in Prince George, Burns Lake, Houston, and McBride and tourism opportunities across Northern BC.

The event will begin with a tour of The Exploration Place, followed by remarks and a question and answer session with media.
