WeBC is empowering women entrepreneurs

Women face many challenges in entrepreneurship. What you need to do, first of all, is believe in yourself and secondly, ask for the help that you need.

For anyone coming up in the industry, as a young female entrepreneur, I just think just go to the meeting, do your job. You're smart, you're an entrepreneur.

I would say over the 20 years that I've been working with women entrepreneurs, I have seen such a change in the growth. You know, it's those role models. Younger women are seeing them and women today are thinking about building bigger businesses. And it's all because of that partnership and the support that we get from PacifiCan.

I think the WeBC has always been there for advice. Like any woman entrepreneur, I would say go to the WeBC if you need some capital from that start of that relationship, it turns into much more. I always feel that anyone who works for the WeBC, honestly is cheering for you to be successful.

To be able to do this work and help women start and grow amazing businesses and to see the growth over the time that I've been working in this space has just - it just really is amazing and I really look forward to seeing where the future goes in the next 20 years.
