Contents of the supplemental form
This Regional Defence Investment Initiative Supplemental Form is required for all applicants of the Regional Defence Investment Initiative. The purpose of this form is to confirm that the applicant and project meet the eligibility criteria. Applicants must complete this form accurately and truthfully. The information provided will be verified by PrairiesCan during the application assessment process and additional information may be required. This Regional Defence Investment Initiative Supplemental Form is part of the Expression of Interest and is one and the same document.
