In the days leading up to the effective date of the Nisg̱a’a Final Agreement, Clayton chaired the committee responsible for overseeing the ratification of the Agreement.

Jeremy Tunraluk is Co-Chair of the LCAC and President of Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (elected in 2024). Prior to these roles, he served on the Qikiqtani Inuit Association Board of Directors, as Community Director for Arctic Bay and later as Secretary-Treasurer. As Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated President, Tunraluk emphasizes collaboration with the Government of Nunavut and the Regional Inuit Associations to address issues facing Inuit. He is passionate about education, both traditional and academic, and enhancing Inuit culture and language.
