Calls with National Indigenous Organizations
Objectives

Context for calls
A number of significant initiatives begun during the previous mandate require continued attention to ensure successful implementation [ * ]. Prioritization and sequencing of commitments (including projects already underway) would help to ensure successful implementation and operationalization of important projects. [ * ]
As implementation of these key initiatives proceeds, it will be important to bring Provinces and Territories into conversations early, particularly in areas of shared or unclear jurisdiction. [ * ]
Issues that all NIOs may raise
[ * ] All three NIOs have called for adequate, stable funding [ * ].
