Purpose
Support a first discussion on your priorities for the implementation of your agenda:
- 1. Validate your implementation priorities over the short, medium, and longer term
- 2. Discuss decision points and considerations related to your priorities
- 3. Provide an overview of urgent issues requiring decision, as well as potential pressure points
- 4. Seek your views on proposed priority briefings
