“On behalf of all Canadians, I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of RCMP Constable Richer Dubuc, who passed away following an on-duty auto collision last evening. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

The death of an officer is a reminder of the sacrifices, bravery and commitment of the men and women who put themselves in harm's way each day to keep our country safe and secure.
