The President of the Public Service Commission of Canada announces the appointment of a new Commissioner

The President of the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC), Patrick Borbey, is pleased to announce the appointment of Fiona Spencer as Commissioner of the PSC effective September 16, 2019.
Ms. Spencer replaces Susan Cartwright, who retired April 2, 2019 after seven years of distinguished service as a Commissioner.
