Questionnaire Overview
The sixth annual client service satisfaction questionnaire was administered in June 2022
- the intent was to obtain anonymous feedback from organizations on Staffing Support Advisor (SSA) services and identify areas for improvement
- the questionnaire included 19 questions, including one pertaining to Personnel Psychology Centre’s business line
- the qualitative feedback received through the open-ended questions was shared with internal partners
- a summary of the overall findings will be shared with respondents
