Crestron AirMedia device
The Crestron AirMedia device lets you wirelessly connect your notebook to a meeting room display without any drivers or software. If the room is set up for video conferencing, you can connect to the audio and video system to enjoy a full wireless Microsoft Teams meeting experience.

Sharing your screen
- Turn on the in-room display you want to cast from your notebook
- Connect the Crestron AirMedia device to your notebook to automatically start sharing your notebook content on the display
- When you have finished your work, tap the Share
button your screen and unplug the device from your notebook
Connecting to audio/video peripherals
If the room is equipped with a video conferencing solution:
- Connect the Crestron AirMedia device to your notebook
- Tap on the device Connection
button to connect to the room audio and video system
- When you have finished your work, unplug the device from your notebook
Configuring your Microsoft Teams settings
In Microsoft Teams:
- Select the three dots (…) near the top right of the screen, to the left of your profile picture
- Select Settings
- Select Devices
- Under Speaker, select Crestron AirMedia
- Under Microphone, select Crestron AirMedia

- Scroll down in the page and under Camera, select Crestron AirMedia Camera

The Crestron AirMedia device should not be covered when in operation.
Try these troubleshooting tips if you experience issues with the Crestron AirMedia device.
Audio feedback
Ensure that everyone in the boardroom other than the person connected to the Crestron AirMedia device has muted their microphone and speakers on their notebooks.
Audio or visual issues
- Ensure the in-room monitor display is turned on
- Ensure the Crestron AirMedia device is selected as the speaker and microphone under Settings > Device in Microsoft Teams
- Try from another notebook
