Miracast
The Miracast technology mirrors a notebook screen onto the in-room monitor display using Wi-Fi rather than cables. Miracast is a small USB to HDMI cable connected behind the in-room monitor display.
Using Miracast
- Turn on the nearby display you want to cast from your notebook
- On your notebook, simultaneously press the Windows logo key (
) and K on your keyboard
- the Cast menu appears, showing a list of available and compatible nearby displays
- Select the name of the display you want to cast to
- Enter the PIN code shown on the display on your notebook to confirm connection to the desired display
- Select Extend or Duplicate the display
- When you have finished your work, press the Windows logo key (
) and K on your notebook keyboard again to display the Cast menu
- Select Disconnect

- when you have completed your configuration, select Apply
