Training schedules: Virtual language training within the National Capital Region

There are no classes between December 25 and January 1. Sessions have been extended to reflect this holiday break.

Stream 1: Virtual full-time group training and make-up session in French or English

When there are 1 or more statutory holidays during the session to which the learner will be registered, you must reduce the total number of hours of training for the session of 7.5 hours per statutory day. For example: The total number of hours for a session of full-time group is 250 hours, there are 2 statutory holidays during the session, the call-up must therefore be issued for a total of 235 hours.

Stream 2: Virtual part-time group training in French or English

When there is a statutory holiday during the session to which the learner will be registered, you must subtract the total number of hours of training provided during this day. For example: The total number of hours for 1 session of 3 hours per week is 36, if there is a statutory holiday during the session, the call-up must therefore be issued for a total of 33 hours.
