As the Government of Canada’s central purchaser, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is committed to a number of efforts to combat human trafficking and to protect human rights in federal procurement supply chains. The updated code outlines Canada’s expectations regarding human and labour rights for vendors and their subcontractors.
