Help with view banking information
1. Who can view banking information?
A business owner and an authorized representative who is authorized for all the businesses' accounts can view the banking information for all accounts. You can do this by selecting the "View all banking information" link on the left side of the "My Business Account" welcome page. An authorized representative who is authorized only for specific accounts can view the banking information for a specific account (RT, RP, RC, etc.) by selecting the "View banking information" link below the account on the "My Business Account" welcome page.
2. What information will be displayed?
If there is current and/or future-dated banking information on an account, the following information will be displayed for each account:
- Branch number
- Institution number
- Bank address
- Bank account number
- Effective date
- Expiry date
If there is no current and/or future-dated banking information on an account, a message will be displayed stating this.
3. Can the banking information be changed on the "My Business Account" Web site?
Currently, banking information cannot be added or modified on the "My Business Account" Web site.
To add or modify banking information on an account, please contact your Tax Services Office.
