- EFILE registration, renewal, account maintenance and/or view transmission history processes,
- EFILE Suitability Screening and/or Monitoring programs,
- EFILE web service questions regarding error messages for initial and/or amended T1 returns, and/or
- Authentication problems related to EFILE numbers/passwords (for both T1 and T2 returns)
