Call to action: Canadian Industry for Ukraine

Canada strongly condemns the unprovoked and unjustifiable actions taken by Vladimir Putin against Ukraine and its people. Canada remains a steadfast ally of the Ukrainian state and people, stands in solidarity with them, and supports Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence.

The Government of Canada is making an appeal to Canadian businesses interested in providing support to displaced people arriving in Canada. Canada has partnered with the Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies (AMSSA) through their Canadian Humanitarian Assistance Response program (external websites) to provide direct and critical support to those in need. Donations from Canadian businesses will go to Ukrainians and other displaced persons making Canada their home.

We are incredibly grateful to those businesses that have already come forward, and we welcome others to put up their hand to help out.
