Adaptive technology

Through the Accessibility, Accommodation and Adaptive Computer Technology (AAACT) program, Shared Services Canada provides adaptive (assistive) technology, including equipment, software and tools for Government of Canada (GC) employees, managers and their organizations to help ensure a safe, comfortable and productive work environment.

AAACT supports employees with disabilities, injuries or ergonomic requirements through personalized consultations, tailored job accommodation recommendations and adaptive solutions, such as customized hardware and software.
