This year, the TBS Post-Secondary Recruitment Campaign is looking to recruit Indigenous talent for analyst positions to work at the heart of the federal government, while also building a pool of qualified candidates for future analyst positions.

Who is eligible
You are eligible to apply if you self-identify as Indigenous and are a Canadian resident or a Canadian citizen residing abroad, and will have completed a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, by .
At the time of application, applicants must demonstrate leadership by having taken on active roles in their communities. As part of your application, you must describe how you have demonstrated leadership and what results were achieved.
Possible examples may include:
- Voluntary service to, or leadership in, a community (e.g., student government, contributions in the voluntary or not-for-profit sector);
- Personal accomplishment or initiative (e.g., high-level sporting or cultural achievement, founding a business or other organization);
- Notable accomplishments through full-time or part-time paid employment during studies;
- Helped and inspired others to overcome adversity;
- Services to, or leadership in, Indigenous governance or community development.
