Report on the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Compliance with the Supply Chains Act

The Supply Chains Act requires the head of every government institution whose activities include producing, purchasing or distributing goods in Canada, or elsewhere, submit a report to the Minister of Public Safety by May 31 each year.

This report focuses on the measures taken by Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat during its previous financial year to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used in its activities or supply chains.
