Changes to the Leave Reporting System - New Leave Code - October 2012

This bulletin provides information regarding a new leave code that has been created in the Leave Reporting System.

A new code has been created to track the use of management leave for Groups I, II and III of the Directive on Terms and Conditions of Employment for Certain Excluded/ Unrepresented Employees (effective since April 1, 2009) and university teachers according to the University Teaching Group collective agreement. This mandatory leave code has been created as follows:

Departments should ensure that their leave reporting system is amended accordingly before .
