Student Exit Survey

The Student Exit Survey (SES) is led by the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) at Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). The SES is a public service-wide, summer exit survey aimed at all student employees and supports the advancement of government priorities related to student recruitment, renewal and the future of work.

The results can be used by organizations to inform the development of targeted student recruitment and retention strategies and provide insights into students’ opinions about the application process, orientation, inclusion, leadership and future career intentions.

The 2022 Student Exit Survey took place from August 2 to September 16, 2022.
