The purpose of this notice is to inform Compensation Managers that pursuant to the Federal Sustainable Development Strategy (FSDS), the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) will no longer be producing PSHCP Application Forms and the Plan Booklet effective May 28, 2012. These products will be available electronically.
