Accessing the Action Plan in alternate formats
You can request an alternate format for our Accessibility Action Plan, and/or our feedback process.
Alternate formats available include:
- Paper documents
- Large-print paper documents (larger font size and better clarity)
- Braille (a system of raised dots that people who are blind or have low vision can read with their fingers)
- Audio (a recording of someone reading the text aloud)
- Electronic (an electronic format compatible with adaptive technologies to assist people with disabilities)

The Accessible Canada Regulations, require that documents in the alternate formats listed above be provided no later than fifteen days after the day on which a request is received
Documents in braille or audio alternate formats must be provided no later than forty-five days after the day on which a request is received.
