Survey approach and methodology
Survey participants for this crowdsourced initiative were recruited with the assistance of several community-based organizations, federal departments, through word of mouth, public communications, as well as advertising through 2SLGBTQI+ media sources and social networks. Results are representative of those who responded to the survey and cannot be used to make generalizations about the entire population of 2SLGBTQI+ people living in Canada.
