Create an account in the Online Application and Intake System (ONAIS) to complete an application. Consult the ONAIS system user guide to find more information on how to create an account. It also explains how to complete, submit, and track an application. If you have already created an account, it is very important to review and validate the organization’s profile in ONAIS before applying to new funding opportunities.

If you experience technical difficulties, send an email to technical support. We will make every effort to respond to your email within two business days.

Notes: Funded projects should aim to start no earlier than late fall 2022 and must end by March 31, 2024. Organizations can only apply once for this call for proposals.

The deadline for completed applications is June 30, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time. Applications submitted after this deadline are ineligible and will not be assessed.
