Accessing GClingua
GClingua is hosted on a secure cloud and helps you manage your requests quickly and easily. You can access it from anywhere and use it to get translation, interpretation and terminology services in just a few clicks.
To access it, you must have an Internet connection, an active user account and a password.
If you are a supplier with a valid contract with the Translation Bureau who wants to obtain a user account, please contact the Translation Bureau.

After-Hours Emergency Service
The Translation Bureau’s After-Hours Emergency Service offers translation services on evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Outside of regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm E.T., Monday to Friday), simply call 1‑855‑997‑3300 to speak to a client advisor.
Security
GClingua’s Protected B environment ensures that your information is secure. You can have full confidence when submitting your Protected A and B documents in GClingua, thanks to its security measures:
- certification based on a security evaluation process that complies with Canadian Centre for Cyber Security recommendations and Treasury Board Secretariat policies
- hosting on exclusive servers located in Canada
- access restricted to people with Reliability clearance, an active user account and a password
- data accessible on a need-to-know basis only
- an access log
- a firewall, communication encryption, encryption of data at rest
- an annual computer security audit

With strict measures for access control and data encryption, GClingua supports Protected A and Protected B documents, providing easy and secure handling of your sensitive information.
