The Army Doctrine Centre is pleased to announce the publication of Canadian Army Doctrine Development. This publication is meant to act as a primer for Canadian Army (CA) doctrine and as a go-to guide for CA doctrine processes and procedures. It includes a general introduction to CA doctrine, and explanation of CA doctrine governance, and a detailed chapter on CA doctrine development. It should be read by all CA members who need to understand doctrine in the Army and how it connects with Canadian Armed Forces and allied doctrine.
