To shine a light on all the teams and individuals who have gone above and beyond in or made an impactful contribution to meet your campaign's goals, campaign teams are invited to share their success stories or nominate their team or an individual, for a special recognition. Each individual will receive a personalized recognition certificate.

Completion of the 2025 GCWCC Annual Awards Nominations Form is voluntary and any personal information provided will be used and protected in accordance with the Privacy Act and as described in the Standard Personal Information Bank Recognition Program – PSE 920. Information is collected for the purposes of identifying public servants and administering awards. Information may be shared for reporting to senior management, and your consent will be sought prior to the publication of recognition. Failure to provide all required information can result in the nomination not being completed.
