Description
This course consists of the theoretical aspects of vessel stability as applied by marine engineering officers. Topics covered in this course include:
- transverse stability calculations
- the various aspects of stability in relation to ship operation
- stability calculations to determine the effects of changing vessel operating parameters for safety and economic reasons
