Accessibility at Canadian Heritage
Canadian Heritage (PCH) is strongly committed to contribute to a barrier-free Canada. This means creating an inclusive work environment and offering barrier-free programs and services.
In compliance with the Accessible Canada Act, we will notably deliver 3 requirements:
- triennial accessibility plans,
- a feedback mechanism, and
- annual progress reports.
Canadian Heritage Accessibility Plan 2023-2025
Our 2023-2025 Accessibility Plan marks an important step in our work to identify, prevent and remove barriers for people with disabilities. It is our guide to become a model of accessibility in the public service.
Accessibility Feedback Process
You can provide feedback on our accessibility plan, or any matter related to accessibility.
Canadian Heritage Accessibility Progress and Feedback Report 2023
Our first annual Accessibility Progress Report details the progress made, as well as the feedback on accessibility we received since our first Accessibility Plan was published and how we have addressed it.
