• On March 28, 2018, Minister Joly unveiled the Action Plan for Official Languages 2018–2023: Investing in our Future.

• The Action Plan represents the largest ever federal investment for official languages: nearly $2.7 billion over five years, with an additional investment of close to $500 million.

• The Action Plan focuses on three pillars: strengthening our communities, strengthening access to services and promoting a bilingual Canada.
