Forms – Canada Cultural Spaces Fund

Please be advised that the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund (CCSF) Application Form has been revised. This new version is in use for the 2024-2025 funding cycle and ongoing.

While the assessment process and CCSF program objectives remain the same, new optional questions have been added to the form to support the Department of Canadian Heritage’s commitment to advancing inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA).

Please contact the regional office of the Department of Canadian Heritage nearest you to receive the new application form along with accompanying documents.
