Inter-Action: Multiculturalism Funding Program
The Inter-Action: Multiculturalism Funding Program supports the socio-economic integration of individuals and communities and helps them to contribute to building an integrated, socially-cohesive society.
Program funding is delivered through two distinct components and the Paul Yuzyk Youth Initiative for Multiculturalism.
Inter-Action: Events component
The Events component provides funding to community-based events that foster one or more of the following:
- Intercultural/interfaith understanding
- Civic memory and pride
- Respect for core democratic values

The Projects component provides funding for long-term, multi-year community development and engagement projects, with the aim of fostering an integrated, socially-cohesive society.

Paul Yuzyk Youth Initiative for Multiculturalism
The Multiculturalism: Inter-Action Funding Program will award grants of $250, $500 and $1,000 to support youth-led projects that promote diversity and inclusion, while addressing issues of racism and discrimination in local communities.
