Technical Amendments have been made to:
Why was the policy changed?
The policies have been amended to update their wording and to reflect the recommendations of the Policy Task Force.
CD 320 has been amended to reflect the need to apply municipal regulations and the planning timeline is amended.
CD 340 - The words "electronic" and "devices" throughout the CD have been made more specific so they read "security electronic, telecommunications and surveillance devices and systems".
CD 341 - A Cross Reference to CD 860 Inmate Money has been added, and the CD has been revised to reflect a change in CD 860 Inmate Money as to who covers the cost of the monthly cable service.

The changes have been processed as technical amendments and were circulated to regional Technical Services staff for review.
