Front-Line Friday: Coleton
Last week’s Front-line Friday feature highlighted Coleton, a Detector Dog Handler at Grande Cache Institution, and his K-9 partner, Diamond. Together, they play a vital role in keeping federal institutions safe by detecting illegal drugs and contraband.
Coleton shares how trust and consistency are essential in building a strong bond with his teammate.

Celebrating Diversity Week at CSC
Next week marks National Diversity Week at CSC, an opportunity to celebrate the backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that make our organization stronger. This year is especially meaningful as we also recognize 15 years of the Employment Equity and Diversity Committees (EEDC), a milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
With a workforce of more than 20,000 people, our diversity is our greatest strength. I am proud of the progress we’ve made together, and I encourage each of you to continue creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and included.
