Commissioner's update for correctional employees: February 16, 2026

As many of you may be aware, a terrible incident occurred last week in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. Our hearts and thoughts are with everyone affected, including the victims, their families, our employees, partners and first responders.
Events like these can be deeply distressing and may affect each of us in different ways. I want to remind you that resources are available to you. If you wish to speak with someone, please remember our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referral agents are here to listen and support you.

Tax Season
As the tax season approaches, please note that your 2025 tax slips will be available online by the end of February 2026. You can find them through the Compensation Web Applications, MyGCPay, or Phoenix Employee Self Service.
To avoid system overload, please access your tax information only on CSC’s scheduled date: February 23. You can find the full 2025 tax slip access schedule here:
