Correctional Service Canada (CSC) offers all its employees and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program is a voluntary and confidential support service. It helps:

Eligibility and confidentiality
The short-term counselling done with our external counselling service provider is free of charge for:
- employees
- their spouse, and
- their dependants
It is confidential and voluntary.
They have a large network of 3,000 counsellors from coast to coast.

To access Telus Health online:
- Access the Telus Health login page using the Google Chrome web browser
- In the Username field, enter csc-scc
- Select Next
- In the Password field, enter Canada
- Select Remember Me
- Select Log In
