Privacy Notice Statement

The collection of personal information by CSC is authorized under the Accessible Canada Act and in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act.

The mechanism is used to collect feedback internally and externally on our Accessibility Plan, future progress reports, as well as accessibility and barriers to accessibility within the work carried out in each department.

Any personal information collected in this form, will be used and protected in accordance with the Privacy Act and as described in Personal Information Banks PSU 938 (Outreach Activities).
