Purpose and objectives of transfer payment program | The objective of the IORCP is to provide funding assistance that facilitates Indigenous offender reintegration support by strengthening community partnerships, enhancing community engagement and increasing awareness of CSC programs within communities. |

Purpose and objectives of transfer payment program | The objective of the NICP is that contributions are used, where appropriate, to assist CSC address eligible infrastructure priorities in a cost-effective manner and which assist CSC achieve its strategic objective that "the custody, correctional interventions, and supervision of offenders in communities and institutions, contribute to public safety." |
