Clarification of Worksite

The following clarification is provided to the CFIRP 2009 Policy Article 1.4

Background

Definition: Worksite. Confusion in the interpretation of eligibility criteria for personnel posted between worksites within the same place of duty (see article 1.1.03, section 2.5, etc) has highlighted the absence of a definition of “worksite” within the CFIRP policy directive.

The actual building or other place to which an officer or noncommissioned member regularly reports for duty.
