New to the Department, you can submit your request Online
For requests made under the Privacy Act, you can view the DND Info Source Website, it provides military members and employees of the government with relevant information and a list of Personal Information Banks. (PIB)
Note: In accordance with section 7(1)(a) of the Access to Information Regulations, a person who makes a request for access to a record shall pay an application fee of $5 at the time the request is made.
There is no fee for Personal Information Requests (Privacy requests).
