Defence Team Managers: Are you looking to onboard or offboard a civilian employee or student?

The National Civilian Welcome and Integration Team (NCWIT) has prepared a growing suite of virtual onboarding and offboarding tools, resources and courses for new civilian employees, students, and hiring managers, including military managers of civilian employees.

These resources include checklists, templates, training information, and guides. All of these resources can be accessed through the Defence Team COVID-19 – Working Remotely web page or by downloading the HR GO RH mobile app (available in iOS App Store and Google Play).

The NCWIT is here to support the Defence Team, and managers who require additional information or support for the virtual onboarding and offboarding of their civilian employees at DND. If you require any additional support, or have any questions please contact the NCWIT via e-mail.
