Information for signing Revenu Québec Form TP-64-3 for remote work expenses

Employees who file taxes in Quebec and choose to use the detailed method for deducting employment expenses by, should complete the General Employment Conditions form (TP-64-3 (You are now leaving the Government of Canada website)). If you are a Government of Canada employee, the “Identification number” and “File,” fields in this form should be left blank.
