Defence Team: Upgraded pay support is here!

If you haven’t heard yet, we have made upgrades to the Human Resource Services and Support (HRSS) (accessible only on the National Defence network) that make it simpler for you to submit pay-related requests.

What’s new?

The new E-Approval process gives you the option to submit forms electronically! This significantly reduces administrative activities, such as printing, signing, scanning, and uploading paper forms. Your section 34 manager will receive an email notification for pending cases and be able to action it electronically.

You now have access to Timekeepers services! This means that you can submit requests for multiple pay services such as extra duty pay, timesheets, leave without pay less than 5 days, and paid leave and easily track their progress all in one place. The Timekeeper Team will take care of the submission, verification and approval.
