Defence Team Wordle of the Week | October 16
Are you looking for a fun and easy way to take a quick break to challenge your vocabulary and problem-solving skills while having a bit of friendly competition with your colleagues?
If so, then look no further than the Defence Team’s Wordle of the Week!
Note: See below for last week’s solution.
What is Wordle and how do I play?
Wordle is an online word game where players try to guess a random word in six tries or less, using clues from previous guesses to help them solve the puzzle.
- To start, type in any word you want that corresponds in length to the number of empty boxes you see on screen.
- Each time you guess, you’ll see which letters are:
- in the right position (green);
- which letters are in the word but in the wrong position (yellow); and
- which letters are not in the word at all (grey).
Use this feedback to narrow down your guesses until you find the word or run out of tries.
What's the Defence Team twist?
During the month of October, the Defence Team Wordle of the Week will be related to the weekly themes of Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month, which are: diversity and inclusion, mental and physical well-being, community, and social wellness.

What is the solution to last week’s puzzle?
The solution to last week’s puzzle was, “health.”
Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity.
Defence Team members can access a variety of resources and information to help maintain and improve overall health and well-being.
