Your Opinion Matters: Complete the Public Service Employee Survey now!

The Public Service Employee Survey (PSES) was launched on October 28, 2024, and will run until December 31st, 2024. It's your chance to have your say.

The PSES is a bi-annual survey and a unique opportunity to rate your organization based on your lived experiences and perspectives. Through a secure web-portal, the survey covers many topics such as career progression opportunities, access to training, reporting mechanisms, etc. Your input will play a key role in shaping the future of many programs and services at DND and guiding meaningful enhancements across the public service.

How the survey works:

You should have received an email invitation from Statistics Canada with a Secure Access Code (SAC) to complete the survey. The code you receive is specifically meant for you. You can forward the survey to a personal or D365 email to complete off the DWAN. However, please do not forward or share it with anyone else.

It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete it. The survey is designed with strict confidentiality measures in place to ensure that your responses remain anonymous, allowing you to provide your honest feedback.
