Military housing in Cold Lake

Due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) situation, CFHA’s Housing Service Centres (HSCs) may be closed to visitors. Should you require housing services, please contact your local HSC by phone or email (see contact information below).

When booking an appointment for housing maintenance/repair with CFHA, you must notify your local HSC if you or a member of your household are self-isolating or in quarantine. Public Health Measures must be strictly maintained when housing maintenance/repairs are being done inside DND housing, as per the CDS/DM Directive on DND/CAF Operating and Reconstituting in a Persistent COVID-19 Environment.

The rents listed below don't include utility charges. For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the rents listed below.

When booking an appointment for housing maintenance/repair with CFHA, you must notify us if you or a member of your household are self-isolating or in quarantine. All occupants and personnel must abide by provincial, regional or municipal regulations that are in place.

The HSC is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., except holidays. Phones are answered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
