For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the rents listed below.

When booking an appointment for housing maintenance/repair with CFHA, you must notify us if you or a member of your household are self-isolating or in quarantine. All occupants and personnel must abide by provincial, regional or municipal regulations that are in place.
The Housing Services Centre in Esquimalt is also responsible for housing in Masset.
The Housing Services Centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., except holidays.
