Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Esquimalt is part of the city of Esquimalt on beautiful Vancouver Island, 4 kilometres from downtown Victoria.

For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the shelter charges listed below.

The HSC is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, and Wednesday from 7:30 am to 11:00 am, and 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm, except holidays.
